| Bauer Evans
Bauer Evans is the Senior Pastor of Crossway Church.
Prior to being ordained in 2002, Bauer was a social studies teacher for 13 years in public, private and Christian high schools in the Philadelphia area.
His formal ministry training includes graduating from the Sovereign Grace Ministries Pastors College in May 2000, and completing a 12-month church planting
internship at Covenant Fellowship Church in Philadelphia.
He has a Masters in Education from West Chester University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Bucknell University. He is currently enrolled
in Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary's Master's in Divinity program.
Bauer lives in Attleboro, MA with his wife Linda and their four children.

Leadership Team
Crossway’s leadership team provides our pastor with the counsel,
accountability and care he earnestly desires and these men are qualified to give. Each of these men serve in a provisional capacity, as together we work towards an explicit plurality of elders at
Crossway Church in accordance with Scriptures pattern and precepts.
| Dave Magoon
Dave, Roxanne, and their three children moved to Attleboro from Akron, Ohio in 2001 as part of the church planting team. Prior to moving, Dave served in pastoral ministry in the Sovereign Grace Church in Akron and is now currently working for FedEx. The Magoon’s have served in small group leadership spanning two decades, and presently lead our singles care group.

Mike McLernon
Mike, Patty, and their six children, moved to Massachusetts from Fairfax, VA, in 2001, in their desire to church plant here in Massachusetts. Mike & Patty were active members of Sovereign Grace Church of Fairfax, VA for several years and where Mike had been a pastor. Mike currently works for Mathworks as a software development manager and leads our worship team at Crossway, with Patty singing by his side.

Dan Roca
Dan, Megan, and their growing family, have served our church since the very beginning. Dan is a graduate of Gordon College and Sovereign Grace Ministries Pastor’s College. Dan will be completing
his pastoral internship at Crossway Church later this year. Dan works at Akamai Technologies in Cambridge, MA as a Software QA Engineer and leads our Children’s Ministry and one of our care groups. Dan & Megan currently have two children and are eagerly anticipating the arrival of their third later this year.
